Okay so I would like to start with

THANKS FOR LIKE 400 FANS.

I NEVER KNEW I'D GET TO THIS POINT LIKE 14 MONTHS FROM APRIL. BACK THEN I WAS JUST A GOOFY KID THAT MADE SOME SMALL SCRATCH GAMES AND SLAPPED IT ONTO THIS WEBSITE. BUT THIS IS BARELY THE BEGINNING OF TEH LEGEND OF Z3NM0D3

okay with that said (i cannot express how happy i am ogm) i'd like to say a few things

this was a GREAT pico day,

everyone uploaded great things. my personal faves from the bunch of classic portal subs were these two:

A great classic by Fifleo and TheBlueHatted was a nice fighting game featuring the Pico crew. It has great art and animation with amazing game design to compliment. I really look up to this game and see it as a setting stone and a goal for me to even get near something as powerful as this.

This was a nice movie with a cool musical score to it and some good style to compliment it too. Great stuff Stradomyre

All in all, I'm really happy. Tankmen: SoS won fifth place for June 11 (actually just june 10) and got frontpaged AND played by Mister Fulp him-very-self. This is my very first frontpaged game and I'm very happy. I'm young so things like this go a long, long way.

now about the future of my game development and stuff

i previously mentioned that i'm in art block and game dev block. i can't make anything as of now. it's hard to slap a few things together. whatever i make doesn't look like something that would represent me as usual, even from before.

so now, i'm waiting for someone to host the next 'july game jam' so i can start a little project and then continue it with a new update every month.. and then i'll have a huge game that i'm so so proud of.

the only reason i'm waiting for another game jam is because the themes (as well as the great summer heat and my juice) gets my creative fluids running and flowing all the way through, and i get big ideas for games. and because i'm kind of stubborn with my stuff and how i like them, especially on video game projects, i dunno if i can work with others. i'll learn how to use some things like FL studio so i can make my own music, exactly how i'd like the vibe.

i won't work on any games besides the ones that i'm already working on. i need to focus on my life too.

SO YEAH I'M WORKING ON A FEW GAMES

IT'S NOT TOO MUCH! HEAR ME OUT

i'm making two flash games:

one is a johnny rocketfingers-henry stickmin hybrid game, a few people are beta testing it. it's my brainchild. AND YES! IT'S MY VERY FIRST FLASH GAME.

i also have to attribute NoCaps robs a bank for inspiration too.

i actually didn't play much of it, and just now I realized it's a carbon copy of it but longer but also lower quality. tale that as you will.

next up is pico's supermarket shitshow, with Neentandoo. i won't reveal much because well i am not the main man in it but i am contributing in some ways

so yeah, tl;dr, happy pico day, thanks for fans, thanks for everything y'all, and im not gonna work on games for now, but i am working on two that im ok with.

I'm releasing it 1 day before PD22, because then it can reach the early birds.

With Pico Day around the corner, I figured it would be nice to get my bag of goodies ready. And with that,

I now would like to announce:

Tankmen: Story of Sepia is in development!

Tankmen: Story of Sepia is a new episodic-like game with different perspectives and gameplay elements per episode. The version that will release the day prior to Pico Day (so that would be June 10) will contain only one episode, as it is a demo. If it does well, it will warrant more episodes! Hope you all get to see it and enjoy it! Remember: JUNE TEN FOR STORY OF SEPIA!

I won't release too many details because I want you all to be stoked but just know you will like it.
